• Visit the NGX website on www.invest.ngxgroup.com and click on the sign-up button at the top right corner
• Create a profile and enter the OTP sent to your email or phone
• Input your BVN and verify using the OTP generated to your registered phone number/email address
• Input your CHN or CSCS Account number. Please email [email protected] to verify this information or chat with us on the Meritrade platform
• Input your personal information, click on submit and login with your username and password
• Click on ‘Login’
Subscribing to Your Rights
• View and select the ‘Rights Issue’ you are interested in, e.g., Fidelity Plc Rights Issue. Enter your CHN number to check eligibility.
• On the dashboard, enter the number of rights you are entitled to and select Meristem Stockbrokers Limited as the commission receiver.
• Provide your bank details, accept the terms, and click ‘Buy Now’.
• Select your preferred payment method and proceed to make payment.

• View and select the ‘Public Offer’ you are interested in, e.g., GTCO Plc Public Offer.
• Click on ‘Buy Now’
